Interview Waiver Processing Times

Currently we are receiving a larger demand for interview waiver applications than usual and this has increased processing and wait times. Even though we do our best to process applications as soon as possible, we strongly recommend that applicants do not make any travel arrangements until their passports have been received. Please note that due to heavy workload and operational reasons we may not be able to accommodate any request to withdraw passports once they have been received.

Please note that your application must meet the renewal criteria and the application fee must remain valid by the time we receive your documents.
